Product Introduction

Roll Lifting C Hook is mainly used for horizontal lifting of rolling plate. Because of its appearance similar to "C", it is called C-type sling. The process of lifting and installation, simple and reasonable structure, flexible operation, convenient use and safe and reliable lifting. Roll Lifting C Hook is mainly composed of spreader and counterweight iron： 1. Spreader: it is the main part of C-type hook, which is made of steel plate (high-quality low-alloy steel) and steel pipe. The cross-section is box type structure, with good bending and torsion resistance. The weight of the sling is light and the service life is long. 2. Counterweight iron: it can adjust the balance of spreader to make the center of gravity of spreader and object in the same line.

Routine maintenance

    The used roll lifting C hook must be placed on a special shelf, stored in a ventilated, dry and clean workshop, and kept by a specially assigned person.
  • 2
    The surface of roll lifting C hook shall be protected from rust and shall not be stored in acid, alkali, salt, chemical gas and humid environment.
  • 3
    Roll lifting C hook is not allowed to be stored in high temperature area.
  • 4
    Clean the rotating parts regularly and apply lubricating oil regularly to prevent dry friction and jamming
