Minor repairs

The task of minor repairs is to eliminate faults found in the operation and maintenance of the mechanism and restore the machinery to normal operation by repairing and replacing parts. The main repair contents include carrying out a comprehensive inspection of the mechanical rotating parts, electrical equipment parts and metal structure parts of the entire crane. Overhaul

Overhaul is to dismantle all parts, disassemble and inspect each component, repair repairable parts, replace non-repairable parts or individual components, and require the crane to meet or approach the technical standards and mechanical properties specified in the factory after overhaul. Its maintenance mainly includes: all the mechanisms in the mechanism parts are decomposed, including the reducer, coupling, reel group, wheel group and clothing storage and other components, and the replacement is damaged and has reached the end of life. Standard parts, cleaned and reassembled and lubricated, replaced wire ropes, brakes of various mechanisms and their opening devices. The motors of each mechanism should be dispersed, dried, assembled and lubricated, and the severely damaged motors should be replaced. Replace the opening device of the brake of each mechanism; replace the damaged cam controller of each mechanism; overhaul the protection cabinet or replace the protection cabinet; replace the wiring of all lines, re-wiring and install; replace the control board of the lighting signal system, etc. For the metal structure part, correct, repair and reinforce the main girder that has been bent downward or sideways: clean the whole crane, and paint it twice for protection.
